A collection of references for Vincentian reading and study to encourage the spiritual formation of all Members. Readings are centered around the Essential Elements of Spirituality, Service, and Friendship, plus Servant Leadership, to which we are all called. Within each of these topics, the readings progress to encourage us to Develop, Discover, Deepen, and Discern our Vocation. All Council and Board members should read this book.
